Felt like I got robbed when he didn’t kiss himself. Wasn’t prepared for Ruffalo and his character which he made his own in a way that really did make you hate him. He could’ve easily just done an impression of the obvious inspiration but this was better. Amazing Pattinson performance obviously. 17’s voice is delightful and makes him so lovable. The creepers were super cool, loved the design. Didn’t know Toni Collette was in this movie going into it and it was the most wonderful amazing surprise for me because she was also obviously amazing. Fun movie.

I know that The Wild Robot is going to win the Oscar, but this absolutely gets my vote. I was completely enthralled by this world and the mystery surrounding it. Water animation was flawless and featured a few spectacular sequences. Also every animal was amazing, love them so so so much. Why did this movie start with like 20 straight logos?

I can’t believe I watched the forest fight that robot army. I was not prepared for so much goose warfare. But like overall pretty good and yeah cried bc how could you not? Roz’s journey is a charming and fantastic one that Lupita Nyong’o nails. Was not prepared for Pedro Pascal or Catherine O’Hara to be in this but I’m glad they were because why not. Keep casting Stephanie Hsu in things. That is it.
The geese looked weird. Idk. He looked way better when he was a goosling.
