The main villain is such a heavy-handed representation of Trump in a way that I could have libbed out over in a different reality, but instead just took me out of the story/universe when I remembered that he’s president again. Robert Pattinson is so good though that it brought me back in AND there were moments that were genuinely funny and played well (even if some of the jokes were clearly meant for a Gen X crowd).

Forgot I’m super squeamish with needles and blood and had to leave the theater within the first 30 mins after almost fainting. This movie rocks. Scared asf to revisit it and find out what happened during the 8 mins I was outside sitting on the floor drinking water.
One of the most beautiful films I’ve watched in a while (and one of the most theatrical in the literal sense: places feel like sets, the blocking and lighting is very intentional). The score was insane and helped the movie flow, even if you could tell the producers wanted it to become the next Horror Movie Theme. The dubbing is insane in a totally different way.
