  Not to be a grinch but yall are just giving away your stars here like they’re free. The mixing is bad, the editing is bad, the song arrangement choices are at times infuriating (Santa baby, a song made for Sabrina Carpenter in a lab, should be sexy not twangy) and not a single joke lands. Don’t let Letterboxd turn into goodreads plz.

  Solid 3. A fun, gory, competently told story that doesn't involve 20 other movies tie-ins, and it's got Gunn's style all over it. I like Gunn for the most part, and his movies usually are good enough to skim past some real eye-roll-inducing lines. This movie is no different. TSS doesn't try to do too much and it's much better for it. No convoluted plots, and more anti-US-imperialism than I was expecting. All plusses
