  Is it bad that I cared more about the bot man than anyone else? I wish the trailer wouldn't have given away part of the main setup of the first act but oh well.

  Re-watched a classic. The practical effects hold up pretty well, and I liked spotting the pop culture references here. I didn't remember some of the scenes here, but the best ones stood out ("they're here", creepy clown, face pulling off). I definitely had a lowkey fear of static television for a while after seeing this as a kid :)

  This movie is just so beautiful. Like breathtakingly beautiful. I'm giving it a perfect score because I couldn't stop thinking about it after the film ended. The voice acting was well done, and relayed the chemistry of the two girls as they built a friendship. The changes in style and tone between the forest and the city were stunning. The fluidity of the animation and how the pack moved was just perfect. I don't know, I'm sure someone can find…
