It has a really interesting concept, but they didn’t use it to its optimal potential.
It’s lacking something that I couldn’t put my hand on. Maybe the lackluster plot or the weak script. The acting was okay, but nothing groundbreaking.
Though I still appreciate it. I had fun watching it.

Fundamentally flawed, pretentious with no clear vision. The movie think it’s smarter than it’s actually is, which a complete no for me as viewer. It’s such a mess.
I tried to take it as camp, so I can enjoy it, but I truly couldn’t. The shallow female characters were so jarring to watch, The non-stop quoting, and the silly over the top performances. All of that yet it still dragged and quite boring.
Maybe the visuals and the practical effects were fun, but it’s overshadowed by the obnoxious editing.

Luca Guadagnino made an intense and sexually charged film with raw acting and great cinematography.
A twisted love triangle… complex intentions from each characters you could interpret them in many different ways, which it was my favorite part of the movie.
