fun movie but this movie is not about anora. it’s about ani. we never really get to see who anora actually is. the whole movie is about ivan and his family and how ani fits into that situation.
but i think that it was perfect for us to never know anora.

giving this movie the same rating i gave the book. i’m not sure if it’s cuz i walked into this not liking the book but this fell short. there were some redeeming moments towards the end but still a lacklustre film.
