Pure chaos — absurd, bloody, and totally unhinged. If you’re into wild gore and WTF moments, this film is it for you. It is all about calling out how society tries to control and use women like they are products. Beneath all the chaos and gore, it’s really questioning what happens when we treat people like objects just to satisfy messed-up desires.

Aesthetically pleasing for the eyes and the brains. The chemistry between the female leads was mesmerizing to see. Adèle Haenel continues to surprise me. The fact that it was silent in the movie theatre for 20 seconds when the credits started rolling says enough!

From an aesthetic point of view, this movie was gorgeous. Costumes, hair and makeup styling were top notch. However, the pace of the movie — that is something I had a problem with. It felt like scenes were cut back to back, without any substance of impact. As an audience member, I did not feel any emotional attachment to anyone in the film, especially not with Priscilla. It was like memories were thrown at us, like a montage of moments with no cohesive story. The movie felt unfortunately long and it fell flat.

    First response: LOVE IT.
Second response, 15 hours later: Satire, social commentary, Ryan Gosling having the time of his life portraying Ken - the hype for this movie is well deserved.
