Hacksaw Ridge 2016
First like 1/2-3/4 of the movie is superrr slow and filled with stuff that could’ve definitely been cut. Last part of the movie (when they actually get to hacksaw ridge) is just so frickin good. I mean, it’s not perfect by any means but the prayers, the begging to save just one more life, the heart shown and knowing that it’s *based* on a true story.
