This movie started of amazing, The acting and storytelling was on point, the music fit each scene perfectly and the camera work was immaculate. The attention to detail was surprisingly accurate, regarding the Catholic Church and its methods. Getting such a deep look into the inner workings was awesome, and probably eye-opening for many non-catholics. This movie was almost perfect and would have become one of my all time favorites, if not for the ending. It works on a strictly cinematic level, however It seems forced and not at all respectful to the faith and its believers.

Definitely not for everyone, but surprisingly amazing for me. It had every aspect I enjoy in a good fantasy action. Religious zealots, Tyranny, Dystopian future, Magic, A whole lot of action, fighting and of course a good plot twist.
