We Come into Life 2021
I love Siu Pham's approach on her films. From "Homostratus" to the "We Come Into Life," I find myself swept into a contemplative river of humanity. The shots of bustling streets, resembling an unstoppable river of vehicles going nowhere, right-left-left-left-back like an unstoppable river, serve as a poignant visualization of a herd that has completely lost its meaning in life.
