Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is the best movie in the franchise yet and one of the best video game adaptations ever made! It is impressively fast paced and action-packed, while also providing a good amount of character development and heart. The third act alone is AWESOME and worth the price of admission. Overall, this film made the young inner gamer within me very satisfied. Please see it in theaters as fast as you can!

Godzilla × Kong: The New Empire 2024
Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire is a step down in terms of quality from its predecessor. The film spends too much time with the human characters and not enough time with the monsters, and while the visual effects are impressive, they don't match the same quality as Godzilla vs Kong. That being said, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire is still a fun and enjoyable popcorn action film.

Dune 2021
Dune is certainly a visually striking film. From the cinematography to the sound and production designs, Part 1 of Denis Villeneuve's passion project has strong merits throughout the entire film. Plus, Hans Zimmer delivers a very admirable and committed original score. However, what unfortunately weighs the film down is Villeneuve's direction itself, which drowns it in a more contemplative style rather than a well-paced one. This ultimately leads to Dune becoming an admirable, but overrated sci-fi film.
