I watched this last in Egger's filmography.
As expected, the cinematography and acting in this film were superb. His dedication to keeping the atmosphere and dialogue of the film as accurate to the time period as possible brought back that same feeling of delight that I felt watching The Lighthouse (2019).I also really appreciated that the film got straight to the point and managed to maintain that feeling of dread and terror until the very end.
