  i love this. so much attention to detail.
  editing was so unique, sometimes unsettling in the best way possible. themes of fantasy and surrealism. 
  captures the beauty and charm of what montmartre once was. nostalgic.

  i am shocked.
  when i first heard of the movie i was like lol how can a movie called “l’amour ouf” be nominated for cannes? after watching it makes so much sense. considering the language they use (themes of social status) and the era it’s set in and the passion of it all. 

  helmi told me this movie is the definition of a filmmaker’s playground and i have never agreed more.
