It's honestly a shame that we as audiences failed this movie. It's not perfect but it's refreshing to finally get the correct portrayal of the monster from Frankenstein. Along with Mission Impossible-esque gadgets and costuming. The movie is a love letter to the b movie classic and it didnt take itself seriously. Incredibly detailed work from the beginning , I feel there is always something to focus on. It deserved the same respect as the mummy but maybe we were just not ready for it at the time. Its not a Halloween classic, for me atleast.
