In a way, this movie is so bad it’s good. It’s also one of the most bizarre film going experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t regret seeing it, but there’s no doubt it is really, really terrible. Is Coppola okay?

A strong 3.5. The plot is silly and can be boiled down to "badass ninja gets into a bunch of fights", and there are some extremely cringe worthy scenes. However, the animation and general atmosphere is excellent, which makes the film worth watching despite its flaws.
