    During the three years we were apart,
    I missed you and my heart suffered each and every day."

    An unbelievably tragic testament to the lost world of pre-Khmer Rouge Phonm Penh and it's pop music. This one is long (like 2.5 hrs iirc) but it's a historical treasure, combining rare recordings, beautiful archival footage, and interviews with musicians, arts patrons, journalists and politicians of the time.

    People are gonna hate me for this one, but I wasn't super impressed. I'll list the good first:

    1). Amazing set design and great costumes. It was a treat to see what they came up with.

    2). Some belly laughs, depression Barbie in particular was really good.

    3). Ryan Gosling, despite being miscast (Ken was looking rough here guys) was as always extremely fun to watch.

    4). Original songs were great.

    Now what I didn't like:
