  Robert Pattinson’s accent and Mark Ruffalo doing his best Donald Trump impression made this a pretty fun watch. A solid film overall, but Bong is definitely capable of doing better.

  This film probably has the most unique and gruesome deaths that I’ve seen and it turned out to be significantly funnier than I’d anticipated. It’s also very nice to see Theo James being cast in a lead role, hopefully he’ll receive more attention from other filmmakers now because he was hilarious in this. Overall, not a perfect film, as it lost its way a little bit towards the end, but a thoroughly entertaining one that’ll likely have strong rewatchability value.

  Costume and set designs are great but the film itself is far too grotesque for my liking. Also, isn’t this supposed to be feminist cinema? It felt more misogynistic than anything else. I don’t understand how this gets so much praise.
