Alien: Romulus 2024
I really liked this, I did. The atmosphere and the practical effects alone were amazing never mind the fantastic story and acting, but I can not in good conscience give this the 4.5 I want to due to the egregious uncanny valley AI of Ian Holm that they use. A dangerous continuation of a precedent set in Rogue One that does not allow for new actors to make their mark on the industry if directors and the studios are just going to digitally resurrect departed actors.
