There’s a scene where Hiccup calls Toothless “big baby boo”, which is also how I like to call my dog, and I am now forever bonded to this animated movie by this.

I can’t wait for someone to come up with the amusement park ride version of riding giant worms through the dessert. Count me in.
Adding this one to my list of favourite “beautiful dessert aesthetic sci fi” movies (the only other movie here being Mad Max: Fury Road). Rushed at times, dull Timothee at times, but still 10/10 aesthetics, story, overall acting, bald men, worms and Javier Bardem.
Paul Mescal is no Russell Crowe, but at the end of the day I was still entertained.
The movie is entirely ridiculous but in such a way that you just decide to roll with it. Mutant baboons? Why not. Ships and sharks in a coliseum? Sounds about right. Someone riding a rhino? Checks out.
