Smile 2 2024
Coming in to this thinking it would be the same as Smile 1 just a little less good actually helped me enjoy it more. The first one was good but this was just another level. Simple concept done well, screamers are sometimes cheap but effective, gore and visuals are incredible, the play on hallucinations is actually insane.
Not many films can make me forget the person is hallucinating to the point I think it’s actually going somewhere. It was not done in an annoying manner too, just perfectly executed. Just kept getting better as every minute flew by, a sequel I would watch again.
