  Makes Part 1 look like a tiny little prologue. One of the coolest theater experiences I've had in a long time. Even after a nearly 3 hour runtime that pushed past midnight, I didn't want it to end and would have happily watched another few hours. I have no idea how any director, even Denis, pulled something like this off.

  So insanely dense & satisfying. Part 3 is going to be crazy.

  Pretty great! Ridley Scott really is one of the masters of sci-fi and I hope we get another space film from him one day. This movie is shot beautifully and has a playful fun tone even though that's kind of a bad thing sometimes because you would think Watney would be freaking out more than he is.
