  Feels like a lo-fi adaptation of a cult comic that never existed. Truly weird tone and vibes. Vaguely unpleasant production design, the kind of mode where it's like "this dystopian alternate reality is FUCKED UP, maaaaan! people have, like, weird eyebrows and shit!" Like if BATMAN FOREVER had 1/16th the budget (somewhat related: Divine would've made a good Penguin. And Keith Carradine as Joker? Kristofferson as Batman?!).

  Carradine's transformation is pretty funny, as is his inability to ever properly draw his knife from his weird back-sheath he wears for some reason.

  Honestly not really sure what they were going for here. Bit of a mess!
