This was okay. Third act starts to pick up a bit but most of this is just kinda boring and sad but not sad in a cathartic beautifully emotional way, just kind of a bummer way. Most of the movie really is just a woman sitting in a yard so I guess kudos to the studio for not misleading us
Solid fun watch! I laughed, I enjoyed the gore, I thought Richard E. Grant was great, just a good time overall.
I really appreciate a horror movie that uses a more uncommon monster. As much as I love werewolves and vampires it’s great to see something unique. So many great creatures in mythology and folklore! Let’s get a hydra movie, let’s do something new with Medusa, let’s do a cockatrice! Get creative y’all!
I’ve always had such a soft spot for Looney Tunes and this movie was exactly the kind of cartoonish weird fun you’d want from a Looney Tunes movie. My brother and I were laughing more than any of the children in the theatre and I continued to laugh thinking about my favourite bits on the drive home.
Also loved the animation! 2D animation needs more love these days so it was great to see. It’s sad this movie isn’t being marketed better because it’s a really fun time
