This film feels like such a calm, grounded look into the lives of three women trying to navigate the hustle and bustle of Mumbai, just as any other person in the city would. It’s so simple, yet it manages to be profoundly moving and thought-provoking at the same time. Payal Kapadia’s ode to femininity is one that really shouldn’t be missed.
