If you are looking for a feel good rom com, this is it. It’ll turn your drabby day into a beautiful day in the park. It has all the mess from the usual Briggitte and the heart warming falling in love wrapping you up in a cozy blanket feel throughout the movie. All I wanted at the end of the movie is a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows. You got the drift. Enjoy!
Although I much prefer Mark to be the good guy (sorry spoiler alert!) this is one movie that really rattled me from the get go. I’m always on edge with the feeling that something really bad is going to happen. If you enjoy thrillers, this is the one for you. For me, it’s too much nerve wreaking moments. But I still rate this as fabulous story and thrill!
I can’t even begin to tell you how crazy this movie is without giving much away. So I’m going to just say this, “Don’t watch the trailer!!” It will be more crazy for your movie experience. You will be on edge throughout in a hilarious way. Of course, there’ll be sadness, anxiety and puzzling moments in the mix. Enjoy!!
Watching this with the family brings meaning to a much deeper level. The challenges of dealing with illness, emotions, family dynamics, finances and judgements of motivation. The pauses are impactful in conveying emotional turmoil. So much to process and reflect on our own lives. Cried buckets as the other viewers.
