Baby Driver 2017
Great movie. Loved the mixtape aspect of it all, and how well the music was incorporated into both the characters story, and also the actions within the movie itself.
I do think the characters and acting were relatively hallow - very cheesy writing and dialogue, and the movie trajectory was predictable. With that being said, I honestly loved how cheesy it was (most the time) which is telling to how well done everything else truly was. Super exciting movie overall, and loved loved the soundtrack, and the main character was great. Cool film, glad I watched!

The Hateful Eight 2015
Just watched this film for the first time. I’m genuinely blown away. I love westerns, and I love Tarantino, but I didn’t expect to love this movie as much as I do.
The character development is nothing short of genius. Each of their core beliefs and backgrounds drive an indescribable tension in every scene - the suspense is like nothing another movie has made me feel, and the story, score, and historical realism help drive this home.
