  Should have watched this during my peak Monkees obsession 10 years ago, but I read enough reviews to know it was bad and put it off until now. Finally watched and it indeed sucks. A few cool shots. Nothing but love for the Monkees tho, I’m still obsessed with them and it was cool that they made this. Co-written by Jack Nicholson (!).

  Davy Jones/Toni Basil dance sequence still the coolest part.
