Vanilla Sky 2001
i love the sci fi thriller concept of this film. a good mood is created. sometimes i found the writing heavy handed and emotionally conceited, not helped by some music and editing choices. other times it felt confused instead of confusing, let alone subtle. this is a story focussed on an individual but i still wish the other characters were more fleshed out.
