The Monkey 2025
ahh i had so much fun! so great to see osgood perkins lock into a tone and hit it again and again and again. i was picking up on exactly what he was putting down: extremely silly and pulpy, laughing our way to fate and death. i also loved all the opening credits and graphic design in the movie. le style!

i’m obsessed. i was laughing so hard. m night’s brain is unmatched! it’s good, it’s bad, who cares! it transcends these things! and most importantly, it’s one of the few pieces of art that dares to try to encapsulate the eras tour fever pitch and fandom that our culture has been living through the last few years.
