A Complete Unknown 2024
An unabashedly enjoyable movie that lets the music do most of the talking. Chalamet and Barbaro are excellent as Dylan and Joan Baez, respectively. If the stakes of the film’s climax feel a bit ginned up, you’ll forgive Mangold because of all the joy that came before. His direction is at its best when he’s avoiding contrivances and, instead, following his Dylan on adventures in Greenwich Village. Not a movie with much underneath the surface, but a fine piece of pop art begging to be rewatched.

Brings me back to simpler times, when John Grisham was the most famous man on the planet (I'm assuming).
The word I notice the most scrolling through the other reviews is "sturdy." It's the perfect encapsulation of this movie, though I think it's a bit better than that might connote. When you factor in that Clint is 94? A masterpiece.
