  I think the direction of the ensemble was fantastic. I really like how for a solo film, we got to learn more about Natasha from her connection to her first version of family. It also makes her destiny that much more meaningful by the end. Not so much an outlier from the MCU, as it is more of an intimate character-driven entry.

  Visually appealing, conceptually robust but, its feckless writing couldn’t be saved with its superb cast. To no fault of their own, the actors are only vehicles for convoluted exposition.

  This was a blast. The first half hour I was thinking, this has to be a satire of low budget horror films. There were ways of shooting that I thought, there must have been a practical purpose to those decisions. Then, suddenly the entire narrative gets flipped on its head. Any of those earlier judgements and moments of confusion are wiped away after discovering the true nature of what I had just watched. Super clever and hilariously choreographed.

  The most engaged Ive been with a film that is filled with close-ups. Extraordinary writing, superb acting and wonderful set design. A completely elegant movie.
