I don't know what all of the movie critics are bitching about. Red One was an extremely fun watch. Equal parts comedy and action, the Rock and Chris Evans made an unexpectedly good pair. J.K. Simmons was the Santa we never knew we needed. If your children aren't used to profanity, you may want them to sit this one out. While the movie isn't profanity heavy, a few curse words are used throughout. Surprisingly, I left the theater with a smile on my face and in the holiday spirit. Immensely better than Skinamarink.

Not quite the movie I thought it was going to be, but it was a fairly interesting watch. It wasn't the horror movie I had been anticipating, but Hugh Grant did a great job. His acting made the entire movie. I'd like to see him in more roles like this. This movie was WAY better than Skinamarink.

This movie had some cute moments, though as a fan of Jack Black, I might just be biased. The ending could give impressionable children the wrong idea. Still, it was better than Skinamarink.

I went in not having high expectations, and it's a good thing I did. I liked the "found footage film" aspect, but that is really the only good thing I can say about it. It was still better than Skinamarink though.
