An entertaining twist on the Superman origin story. Some great acting from Elizabeth Banks and the young lead. Movie falls into the typical horror tropes. Overall nothing crazy maybe would have liked a more definitive ending.

Just watched this movie, and it finally got me to pull the trigger to make a Letterboxd account. The first thing that really struck me was the complete 180 from the sunshine and rainbows of the first 45 minutes to the nightmare of the 2nd half of the film.
