The Fabelmans 2022
A little long, but a beautiful movie. Very emotionally driven and easier for the audience to empathize. I found myself unsure where plot points would turn, which resulted in a mounting anxiety with no cathartic release (some sudden mass murder or horrid twist, but maybe I’ve been watching some dark shit lately) but left not quite minding that.
A beautiful piece, beautifully made, beautifully acted, beautifully written.
