  alr on rewatch its like not worth a .5 star raise still but someone said the sound design was really good and i paid attention more and its soo good especially during crowd scenes

  the first 15 minutes and the scenes about protecting his furniture to cling onto the memories of his wife and him throwing out the furniture when he lets go is actually peak cinema............ but the 2nd act drags af ... i think childrens movies need to have deeper themes again 😢

  i gotta say i still enjoy this movie and it resonates with me as someone who would totally do the same shit out of spite/buy into the overwork propaganda but ive been thinking about this ever since i rewatched it that it hits different when you learn the drums and join a jazz band idk i havent enjoyed it as much since 😓  the first time i watched it i experienced neither so i liked it more- i also fell for the propaganda the first watch LOL
