  This one isn’t as awful as some say but it surely is a bad movie, didn’t deserved the hype. Paul Dano’s performance was too much excessive and sometimes even ridiculous and some features in the screenplay was just bunch of unbearable clichés.   This is what happens when you have an idea for a movie and you’re so hyped about that one-linear idea of yours that you start shooting the film the very next day (also you’re so fucking rich that you get half of the A-list actors and actresses in hollywood with that half-witted screenplay).

  Definitely my favorite Iranian movie ever. Bahram Beyzaei shows off his genius again in the script. However the movie has some issues in acting direction which was kind of inevitable in Iran at that particular time.
