Time travel movies are my favorite genre. So, it's not that I don't get the mechanics of this brand of time travel, because I do, it's just that there are some strange editing choices, withheld information, and some plotholes, deliberate or otherwise, the leave this kind of with a half-finished feeling. I'm not sure what I would change though. Maybe the pacing. Stay for the very last scene or you'll really hate the movie.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith 2005
Saw this in theaters when it came out 20 years ago and gave it three stars. With 20 years of more marriage under my belt, I now see this as the masterpiece it is.

Miracle Mile 1988
I'm absolutely baffled by the four and five star ratings this movie has. The acting and writing are flat as hell, the plot is ridiculous, and the "romance" is non-existent. The commercials I watched during it were much better. Histrionic, illogical, overwrought nonsense. Tangerine Dream was good though.

Literally (not figuratively) unwatchable. The last 30 minutes are a charcoal-on-black blur. I had no idea which character was where, or what was going on. Very frustrating. Things were happening that made no sense. I've never watched a movie on Tubi where the ads came in, and I was thinking, "Thank God!
