  To think Maximus Decimus Meridius would go from being one of the most revered fighters to step into the gladiator arena, to a few years later becoming a partial owner of the South Sydney Rabbitohs. What a fall from grace.

  What an atrocious piece of shit this movie was. Some of these scenes made me want to gouge my eyes out from how terrible the acting and dialogue was. 

  Now don’t get me wrong, sometimes I enjoy terrible films because of the irony and I can simply have fun with it from how bad it is but this movie was even difficult to enjoy as a pisstake. Man, not even the slightly incestual side plot could spice up this movie.

  Great film but if there’s one thing to highlight it’s Michael Monk. The emotion he is able to portray with his facial expressions is phenomenal, he reminds me of a young Heath ledger in this film. The guy is incredible throughout the entire movie and really enhanced my experience. Can’t wait to see what he does next
