This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Definitely a jarring look at what we could be headed for in the U.S. in our lifetimes. This movie isn’t idealistic in the least, it’s more of a warning. Its saying if we can’t get our problems sorted out and trigger a full-on war, we may see real-life graphic violence and unnecessary deaths the likes of which most of us cannot even imagine.

Deranged 1974
A real hidden gem, and just what I've been searching for! Let's be honest, most of the movies out there based on real-life serial killers are seriously lackluster. This one is really fairly true to the real life and crimes of Ed Gein. It's kitschy, and somehow, at the same time managed to make me cringe with discomfort. Delightful! The ending was satisfying too...it wasn't one of those movies that was good throughout and then you feel cheated by the ending. I won't spoil it. But it was rad.

This was way better than I thought it was going to be...Rose McGowan is smoking hot and definitely the reigning queen of dark teen movies. It's definitely a little goofy and I don't approve of what happened to the schnauzer but I would recommend it to anyone who likes Jawbreaker, The Craft et al.
