this movie sucks.. everybody’s annoying.. no one has substance… did penny really dirty… and whyyyyy did william kiss her? this movie should’ve been scrapped to just a montage reel of billy crudup (extra star) (yum)… half star for russell’s “i’m never as good as when you’re there” speech… justice for philip seymour hoffman…

Climax 2018
i’m going through everything i’ve rated previously as a 16-19 year old and although not rewatching these films, desperately wince at my high ratings of them and this movie in particular is funny because i hated it, like thought it was so awful i didn’t leave my bed for 2 days after seeing it, yet i still rated it 4 stars because “movies that make you uncomfortable and suck the soul out of you are good even if you hate them, especially if you hate them.” anyway, don't take any of my ratings seriously
