Amazing acting. Extremely brutal and disturbing. A disgusting reality changes lives forever and leads to consequences for all parties. A tale of ruthless revenge that occurs when shame is externalized. Unfortunately, I knew the twist ahead of time and it ruined the biggest moment in the film.

The slow pacing was actually right in the movie because it was to create tension and impatience related to the decision. Amazing cinematography, dialogue, and attention to detail. My critiques: not enough focus on what defines the faith, the ending wasn’t sealed well, and accents of bringing “wokeness” into the Christian/Catholic faith.
