I hadn’t seen this film in its entirety since I was younger. Wow. What a complete reversal in my opinion, as I really wasn’t keen on this one as a kid. But now, I consider it to be one of the very best James Bond films ever made. It’s a shame Peter R. Hunt didn’t get to direct another film in the series. OHMSS looks wonderful, and some of the shots are very artsy and creative. George Lazenby often ranks…

The more I think about this Bond film, the more problems I find with it. It looks and feels like a top tier Bond movie, and Craig is at his most confident and charismatic here. The one-two punch of Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace was effectively Bond’s origin. I have always stuck by him, and I am glad that I did. At the end of the movie, it simply reads ‘for Autumn’. My heart goes out to you Zack & Deborah Snyder. To come back and present this amazing piece of work to the world, after such a tragic family passing & Whedon’s abysmal 2017 cut, is not…

I was not expecting this film to be as good as it turned out to be. The franchise desperately needed a breath of fresh air, and Ryan Coogler brought a new perspective to the Rocky films, even though this is technically a spin off. Thinking about it, Coogler has made the best film in the series barring the original Rocky. Don’t get me wrong, Rocky 3 & 4 are great, but they are schlocky and more guilty pleasures. Although Rocky 4…
