Citizen Kane 1941
I wanted to give 4-5 stars for the incredibly beautiful cinematography and the cueing sounds that I found so freaking cool.
Technically it’s a work of art, but the story itself was not memorable (at least for me) and in some ways predictable.Translated from by -

I really really loved the chemistry between Gia and Linda. The story, even though is nothing “new”, captivated me. It left me with an intense sense of sadness/need to hug this girl for decades.
The editing is bad.
The constant saxophones…..
Oh and when at the end the mum walks away again (event if it is to seek help) I wanted to go trough the screen and shake her shoulders and scream “wake tf up”.
