Average enough feel good movie. A lot of the social media aspect felt very dated. Not all the jokes really landed for me.
Not a terrible movie but not really my cup of tea.
I always enjoy this film every time I turn it on. Michael Keaton is fantastic. The story telling here is excellent and really gives an insight into the history of McDonalds.
Elvis vibes from this film.
Talking about it afterwards with my friend I went to see it with and there was definitely a lot left out about her which I would’ve liked to have seen more of. They brush on stuff like her marriage and drug addiction but don’t delve that deeply which was disappointing.
Music bits were enjoyable. Hard to go wrong there as her songs are great.
I really enjoyed this film.
Acting was really good from everyone and film itself looked beautiful.
The character progression was really good, the decline of the main character Padraic throughout the film is excellently done. This moulds the entire story as well as it starts off being very funny but then get darker and more serious as it goes on.
This films main theme is isolation & loneliness, having it being set on a small remote island is the perfect setting…
