  The opening sequence of this film is one of my favorite things I’ve seen on screen. This film tapped a vein that’s only been touched once before by Vera Chytilova‘s Something Different.  

  This was a raw, vulnerable, artful, and downright beautiful film. I’m grateful I got the chance to see it

  As it cut to black the sniffles and choked breaths of a theater full of tears joined my own, then all-at-once burst into laughter. It was cathartic and profound; a symphony of emotion, a triumph of purity, joy, and love. We can all learn a bit from Paddington and find the good in everyone. It’s in each of us, we only have to look :)

  Now go out there and keep making wondrous expressions of love, joy, and light! <3
