A Single Man 2009
“A few times in my life I’ve had moments of absolute clarity. When for a few brief seconds the silence drowns out the noise and I can feel rather than think, and things seem so sharp and the world seems so fresh. It’s as though it had all just come into existence.
I can never make these moments last. I cling to them, but like everything, they fade. I have lived my life on these moments. They pull me back to the present, and I realize that everything is exactly the way it was meant to be.”

Her 2013
Well I didn’t think I’d cry at a film about AI romance. Considering this was made in 2014, it has aged well into the era that half the world has conversations with ChatGPT so the plot seems quite believable.
In a world where Operating Systems have the ability to feel and exist beyond the realm of their own technology, humans will most definitely turn to computers for love. Big credit to the script writing, acting, and voice acting for this intimate and sensitive glimpse into our probable future.Translated from by -
The Talented Mr. Ripley 1999
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Very good acting and an interesting unpredictable plot line. Love the Italian scenery and jazz running throughout, with some surprise shots of Jude Law 😍
Only criticisms are slightly dragged on ending and some graphic violence that made me slightly queasy.Translated from by
