This movie has taken me WAY to long to finish I’ve been trying to finish this movie since it came out lol, something always kept coming up but now oh my goodness. I am 100% grateful that I finally finished it all the way through, I had NO CLUE that it ended the way it did oh em gee tear jerker boots. I was astonished with how much this film touched me and made me feel, it was so real I’ll be talking about this movie for a good long while after today.

Thoroughly enjoyed this movie! Extremely intricate psychological thriller and I loved the cinematography, just everything and all of the illusions were just amazing. I love it when a movie has you wondering about it long after you’ve finished it, like I genuinely wonder how much of those things really happened and how much of it was in her head.

The Exorcist 1973
I really enjoyed this film, I think it was very unique and honestly brilliant and an entirely new aspect of horror at the time. I really enjoyed seeing where the bounds of exorcisms in film kind of originated at. Like it seemed like there was a formula that all exorcisms had to follow which is sooo interesting to me that they always follow the same pattern and yet it’s still entertaining. Overall great watch I will be watching the other exorcist movies :)

This movie felt really okay, only major criticism is the pacing, we were 10 minutes in (the movie was 15 mins long) and not much happened, Nial and Ansel’s relationship wasn’t developed at all.
