Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith 2005
I guess it's the best of the three but Anakins transition is silly, the lightsaber battles are pretty but offer no depth, and the end is comical. If a sequal/prequel can do just one thing it's not to damage the original. This trilogy is an utter failure.
