  Like listening to a lonely old man brag about his shitty past exploits - entertaining to start before you realize that you’ve been trapped into the laborious role as audience of an inescapable drunkalogue. You can’t deny his storytelling abilities, and yet you’re left yearning for more…where’s the self reflection? The redemption arc? Maybe I missed something and it was never meant to be a special about that, since his reputation is “different” now.
