  To quote the sickly villager with leprosy who tells Ashitaka to not kill Eboshi.

  Was lucky enough to get to watch the IMAX 4k restoration of this last night. As always, absolutely breathtaking and its themes are especially poignant with the uncertain and violent times we find ourselves living in.

  Overall enjoyed this supernatural queer drama seen through the eyes of child. Played by the fantastic lead actor Sally Dramé. The premise was interesting but the time travel aspect was executed in a murky way that presented a lot of unanswered questions. Overall still an enjoyable watch.

  Personally this campy, gory, and cathartic ride for me. Some say this movie lacks subtlety with its themes, but 
  As someone go has experienced similar abuse from partners in the past, Jack Quaid’s character Josh really hit the mark of portraying an insecure, inadequate, and angry man desperately trying to gain power back over his victim. 

  Sophie Thatcher is quickly becoming a scream queen that I adore. She acts so well in my opinion, I could feel her conflict and pain with every twitch of her eye, tightening of jaw and tear down her face throughout the film.
